Pete, 28, is flying the white flag after Kanye, 44, put out a new diss track with The Game about his ex’s new man.
Kanye rapped at one point: “God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s a**.”
An insider told HOLLYWOOD LIFE: “Pete almost expected to be referenced by Kanye in a song sooner or later and instead of hating it, he absolutely loves it and thinks it is hilarious.”
“He doesn’t want to fight Kanye; he respects Kanye as he is still the father of Kim’s children and that is important and forever and Pete will never step in the way of any of that,” the source added.
“He finds being on a song of Kanye’s as almost a pat on the back and quite honestly something very cool.
“Pete knows that he will live forever now that he is a part of a Kanye song.” In fact, they added, the mention “makes it all worth it” for the Staton Island-born star.

PETE’S RAP SHEET
Pete is a fan of hip-hop.
In 2020, he famously performed a song called YEET with Timothy Chalamet during an SNL skit called Rap Roundtable.
The two traded off lines while covered in chains – and covering their faces as they laughed, rapping “Yeet, yeet, skirt skirt” as a parody of the genre’s mumble rap elements.
Pete also recently rapped on-stage with Jack Harlow in Los Angeles.
He even performed a hip-hop comedy track called Resolutions while hosting his New Year’s Eve special with Miley Cyrus to kick off 2022- as well as the rap tune Miami while wearing a trucker hat that read “I <3 Fantasy.”
“I hope they do more projects as a duo cause this was fire, one Youtube user gushed at the time.
KANYE ALSO CALLS OUT KIM
Pete has been paired up with Kim, 41, since they kissed during an Aladdin skit on Saturday Night Live back in October 2021.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum also got mentioned in the diss track – its cover, meanwhile, appeared to be an avant-garde skinned monkey.
The hitmaker rapped: “I got love for the nannies, but real family is better.
“The cameras watch the kids. Y’all stop takin’ the credit.”
He seemed to have also referenced the house he bought across the street from Kim’s mansion back in December 2021.
The lyrics stated: “Non-custodial dad, I bought the house next door. What you think the point of really bein’ rich for?”
The reality star filed for divorce from the rap artist back in February 2021.
The former couple share four kids together: North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two.
JULIA FOX’S SONG CREDIT?
Kanye fans also think his new flame Julia Fox was featured on the song Eazy.
A snippet of “Julia’s vocals” was shared on a fan account on Twitter.
Her supposed voice allegedly pops up at the end of Kanye’s line about beating “Pete Davidson’s a**.” The voice of the Uncut Gems star can reportedly be heard saying “Who?”
Another fan account shared an image of the background vocals, and Julia is reportedly listed as one of the credited singers.
The fan stated: “Julia Fox was the one that said ‘Who?’ after the Pete Davidson line.”
It is unclear if the actress – who has been linked to Kanye since New Year’s – actually took part in the making of the song.
JULIA ‘LOVES’ THE TRACK
A source close to Julia recently claimed that she enjoyed the rap star’s latest track, according to Page Six.
She apparently does not want to “cause more drama for Ye.”
The insider added: “He’s an artist and this is how he chooses to express himself. She can’t judge that.”
The insider mentioned that Julia “loves” his new track because she might be “implied” in the lyrics.
Kanye hinted at his new relationship as he sang: “My new b**ch bad. I know Illuminati mad.”
The two have been out in public together numerous times since their dinner date at the Carbone Restaurant in Miami, Florida.
Kanye recently admitted to punching a fan who had allegedly been waiting for an autograph from the rapper for a few days.
“I’m saying, ‘You don’t know what I’m dealing with right now,’ he told Entertainment Tonight, referring to footage of him snapping at the fan.
“I just finished these two songs, I came from the studio, and this dude, he just had this real attitude, like, ‘What you gonna do? And see that?’
“Imma just tell you, that blue Covid mask ain’t stop that knockout, you know what I’m saying?”
Kanye also recently claimed Kim previously prevented him from seeing their four kids because her new boyfriend Pete was over.
He told Hollywood Unlocked CEO Jason Lee: “Earlier this week, Monday, when I went to go pick my kids up from school, the security stopped me at the gate.”
However, a source told Page Six that the rapper’s claims are false and Kim isn’t happy with how he is portraying her.
The insider said: “Pete has yet to be introduced to Kim’s kids, and it’s widely known that whenever he visits her in LA, he stays at a hotel in Beverly Hills where she’s been spotted with him.”
The source added that Kim is “saddened by his public outcries.”
On Saturday, Kanye posted an Instagram video expressing his anger over seemingly not getting the address to his daughter Chicago West’s fourth birthday bash.
However, he did make it to the event and was photographed talking to mom Kris Jenner.
He and Kim reportedly stayed at opposite ends of the party.
