If the belt was on correctly, it would be a phenomenal product.It’s great… until it’s not. The belt did not come on aligned properly on the product, and keeps shifting to the left, so now the left side of the belt is all torn up. Also, because of this scraping while I walk, it’s LOUD. if the belt was on correctly, it’d actually be pretty quiet, but it’s not since you just hear the belt scraping. I’m disappointed because it was expensive, and only lasted me maybe 30 walks before the belt scraping became unbearable and I’m scared I’m just going to break it. When I try to push the belt more to the right, it works for about 3 seconds before just shifting left again.

Weird moldy smellTreadmill itself works great (so far). Easy set up. Easy to get started. I’m just confused by the weird mold smell it has. At first, I thought it was coming from the box. But it for sure is the treadmill. Because I plan to use it inside, it is really bumming me out. I might have to move to my garage. Damp moldy smell that I am afraid will spread in my home.

Poor quality / Manufacturer DefectiveEasy to pull out of box, lift up bar and tighten bolt. Weight approx 85 lbs. HOWEVER, there are teeth on both sides of the bar with grab together when tightened and secure the bar. THESE WERE NOT LINED UP when machine was in upright position as suppose to be. Had to pull the bar forward in order to make it line up which made it so the bar was so far leaning toward you that you couldn’t walk. So put it back as supposed to be and left it loose, trying not to use it. Oil comes with it but ordered higher quality with large nozzle to reach completely under belt. It was properly oiled. Used first 2 times and pieces like sand pellets kept coming off the machine belt or underneath. Third time using it started making a crackling sound and felt like the belt was going to break. We turned it every side, checked it, not rubbing against anything and perfectly even. JUNK! Perhaps this was just one bad but didn’t want to take the risk of replacement. It was completely dangerous as it was and had to be trashed. I would not allow anyone to get on this. Only 110 lbs and 5′ so it certainly wasn’t the weight. Also needed a stead bar to hold on to. Amazon customer service was AMAZINGLY easy to work with and that’s why I will always continue to have no fear buying from their site. I’m appreciate of resolution. I’ve owned several treadmills over the years and my last one was purchased at about $129 from Amazon vendor. Best treadmill ever. Had it for a few years and then sold it because moved. So don’t be afraid to buy a lower priced treadmill. Thanks for reading and have a great day! Hope this helps you all!

I’m up and running!I was afraid of treadmills, my only experience with them was in cardiologist office. It was just too much for me but I had get moving so I tried this treadmill. I Love It!😍. It’s light weight, I can roll it anywhere I want, the controls are easy to understand and use. The most important thing is that I have total control over the speed, I have to be aware of my heart rate and this makes it easy for me! It is affordable, I’ve had it for about two months and have had no issues with it yet, hopefully it stays that way. To anyone looking, this is a good one to try, especially for beginners.

Making Use of Meeting TimeI have an adjustable desk and this treadmill is perfect to slide underneath so I can walk while on conference calls or reading reports. I am so glad I got this to help keep my body moving.

Broken within 2 monthsTreadmill worked great for the first month or so. Earlier today it made a very bad burning smell and loud clicking noise from the engine. The belt is constantly slipping, doesn’t matter how much the belt is adjusted, and now it no longer works. Company refuses to issue a refund or a replacement.Save your money, cannot recommend this treadmill.

Out of the Box, it just doesn’t work!I tried to wait to review this product to see if I would get customer support to try and fix it, but now after having it for over a week, I can see that’s not going to happen and I just need to try and return this item. Out of the box, the lights on the panel and display will come on, but the treadmill motor does not function and the display shows all “dashes”. There is no error message, no error code, just dashes. If you press the remote button, or buttons on the display, the machine will beep and the display will show all zeroes, but once you stop pressing back to all dashes. I hope Amazon will send someone to my door to pick this item up, because I don’t have a truck and I’m not about to try and carry this or borrow a truck to return it.
