No Keypad…UselessThe keypad has completely stopped working. Safe can only be opened with a key which is pointless. I have only had the safe for maybe 2mths and to get it replaced is way too cumbersome and pricey.

All around a very good safe. It fits the needs of the churchBought this for my church. It works out perfectly. Only a few key people know the access code. The key is hidden and only needed if someone forgets the code and gets locked out. Will lock you out for 5 minutes after 3 attempts. No problems with the key pad. The key pad is delicate but functional. Top mail drop is roomy enough for big envelopes or filled money bags since banks. Has claw so hands cannot get into the bottom portion of the safe. All around a very good safe. It fits the needs of the church.

GarbageLess than a year with light use and the safe door and lock already broke

also it’s not as heavy as I would’ve liked it to beIt looked bigger in the pictures, also it’s not as heavy as I would’ve liked it to be. You have to bolt it down because someone can easily pick it up and walk off with it. When you close the door of the safe, most times the deposit slot drops open and the inside of the safe is not that big. I like the keypad feature.

Great safe for light useWork very well. Purchased many of these for a bunch of retail stores, and having the backup key is SO important. I had other electronic safes that broke, and you’re screwed when the digital face breaks… Those $300 safes cost $500 to break into from a safe-cracker when they go bad.So anyway, as long as you don’t lose the backup key, you’ll be in great shape.

SafeThe key pad didn’t work and the key hole is built right as if it’s stripped. But it still locks and does it’s job.

Poor qualityPurchased this safe in February this year and the keypad has completely stopped working. Safe can only be opened with a key which is pointless. Warranty process is expensive and complicated and shipping would be more expensive than purchasing a new one.
