Seat levelSeat level is little too high compared to what we used at rehab.

Nice exercise bikeLike it so far. Hardest part of assembly were the hand bars. Needs pegs to rest feet when doing arm work. Overall glad I purchased.
Marcia E. Alexander –
Good for older people!I like this because it is easy for me to use and get valuable exercise.
Squeaky clean –
Bice Exercise BikePlastic fan is the only thing I didn’t like. The seat is comfortable which means a lot.
Blake R’s wife –
Does what we need it to. Good for the price.I’m actually Blake’s wife. I’d prefer that the seat move forward more, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also would have liked it better if the seat frame wasn’t at such an angle, so I could sit forward more, as I’m 5’3″, and it’s a little bit awkward, but not a deal breaker. Seat is not the greatest, but if I wanted perfection, I’d have spent $1000 on a bike. And all you people complaining about the noise, it’s no different than our last bike, and with headphones in, I can’t hear it anyway. I’d prefer to give it 4.5 stars, mostly for the slight awkwardness of use, but there ya go. *shrug* I’d buy it again. We’ll see how long it holds up. Our last one was $89, and it lasted 20 years. If this one lasts even half as long, I’d be happy.I also wish the digital readout had more contrast, but I can see it okay. Love the fact I can put my tablet on it and read a book if I don’t feel like watching TV.Update (7/17/20) – The resistance mechanism is now causing problems. Don’t know yet if customer support will help us with this or not, so I’m reserving dropping the 4 star to 3 til we get a hold of them. The mechanism is starting to grab, and also increasing the resistance by itself. I had to turn it down 4 times yesterday. We’ve been using the bike regularly since around the beginning of May. The mechanism is also making the most horrible grinding racket. Update on customer service and repairs at a later date.Update (7/27/20) – little bits are starting to come off the bike. The resistance has a mind of its own, and is noisy as all get out. Nobody answers the phone at customer support, and if you go through the website, they seem to add a new request for information on a daily basis. While the requests are not entirely unreasonable, I’m half considering trying to return the bike for a refund. I really didn’t want to spend $1000 on the Assault, but now I’m starting to wonder if this is a case of you get what you pay for.Update (11/8/2020) – after many emails shunting us off, and no call from tech support, and return window has passed with no response from vendor, we’re out the money and had to scuttle the bike.Update (1/4/21) – They sent us another body, not another bike, mind you, and it broke down after a week. We’re done. Going to spend more money and get a gym quality bike. $300 for a piece of junk. And btw, they don’t have a tech support group, and no phone number to get a hold of a human. Just a bunch of BS emails.

Nightmare instructions for an otherwise superb productI am 6’1″ and 230 pounds. This upright cycle pedals like a dream. Very smooth and also quiet. With the exception of the (comfortable) seat, it seems to be solid and well-built. Assembly was frustrating. Twelve different washers were missing. The bubble where they were supposed to go on the parts card had been cut and left empty. This necessitated two trips to the hardware store in the middle of assembly. The real issue came in the final 3 steps where the cycle “handlebars” attach to the axle. The illustrations were microscopically small and the text description was not useful. I recommend getting a 15 year old to assist. I spent two hours connecting six bolts. After much trial and error I decided I had it right and mounted up.What a dream! This thing feels great in operation and I look forward to many happy miles.

Nice exercise bike for the moneyThis bike was easy to put together. It runs very smoothly. Gives me a good workout. I had to buy a gel seat cover as the seat is very hard. My only complaint is the seat only adjusts to height. I wish the seat angle could be adjusted as well since I have to keep adjusting my position. It feels like I am slipping forward I feel if I could angle the seat up a bit it would be perfect.

Missing WashersI was hoping to write good review but, I have not been able to find some of the washers. The bike seems to be a bit shaky and a lot of fan noise. For the price I guess I can’t truly complain, but it would be a bigger hassle to take apart and send back now.

I use it everyday and I love it!I injured my knee and can’t exercise. Until I bought this bike! I use it everyday and I get my daily workout without hurting my knees or bad back. I’ve lost weight and I feel great! I’ve recommended this bike to all my girlfriends! Best comfortable recumbent arm bike exercise I’ve ever had! Well… for the price!

Good bike with one flaw– Pros: back support, handles that allow arm exercise, compact design- Cons: the fan in the front wheel is TOO loud. I get that it’s part of the air flow during pedaling that is causing this but it’s way louder than a regular fan. Wonder it would help if the design had the wheel covered instead of leaving the fan exposed? Most other previous reviews don’t mention the noise so I don’t know if it’s just the bike I got that’s extra loud?Overall, not bad but I wish the noise wasn’t so bad. It’s bothersome to the point that I cant talk on the phone or watch a video when I’m using it.
