Nice and sturdy for the priceIt’s a little wide for my area due to the barbell holder but other than that it’s very sturdy and easy to use. It is narrow so you must be careful when laying flat. The assembly was easy but it is a tedious task. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF HARDWARE WAS THERE so I had no problem putting it together. I really enjoy using it.

Used like new could be a reality show!I don’t do many reviews, but I couldn’t resist this. The beach was easy to assemble & is sturdy. I’d recommend for intermediate to beginner lifters. Now…I bought it “used like new” for like $25 off of the actually new price. After tightening the final bolts I realized I didn’t have the incline decline attachment pin. The opening is wide enough that I was just going to grab a trailer hitch pin. But when I cut up the box, I found a knife block sharpener. Yes it fits, sure it’s strong enough. And damnit… I can sharpen my steak knives on rest days!Hey Jeff Bezos… Hi 👋Wanna do a reality show?

heavy duty olympic benchThis could support a truck. Well built and I have 120 lbs on the leg attachment right now. Not many benches can do that for home gyms. The only thing that took getting used to is where the bar goes it is angled to roll to the front of cradle. this is a little distressing since most people would move the bar to the back of the cradle and contact the upright guide in the back since it is the highest and set down. Then the bar rolls to the front of the cradle where the upright is short to make the bar clear easier. I think I would have preferred it to stay to the back where the guide is higher. makes me wonder if I missed the cradle . This is the third bench I have had and by far the best

Bent within 2 months and caused injuryBought this in late June, return window closed in July. Fast forward to mid August and the bench BENT. My husband is 200 lbs he was benching 235 and the bench says it can hold 700lbs which is why we got it. It bent as he was pushing up and dropped him down. He dropped the bar on his head and then his chest. Luckily he was alright but if this happened within just about 2 months then I don’t have much faith in it lasting longer. With the pandemic we are all stuck at home without gym access (most of us) so if you’re looking to expand your home gym i would look into something sturdier 🙁 it’s still usable but I’m worried about him using it for here on out.

Not bad i guessThe bench is sturdy however the seats shift alot making lifting unstable and risky and the seat will break if too much pressure is applied

Sturdy bench. Instructions require SAT level focus and comprehensionThe instructions are in sentence format so you have to read ahead to make sure you doing it right and cross reference back to the parts list. One set of 3 hex bolts is mislabeled in the instructions but not missing. The frame and leg extension is super sturdy the back support wobbles a little, I’ll probably pick up a couple of rubber bushings to fix it.

Gets the job doneAt first the directions looked like a nightmare–keep in mind i loath putting things together. Somehow, i managed, taking me roughly 3.5 hours. I mostly use this bench for dumbbell workouts since i typically do not have a spotter. For dumbbells the bench works great for incline, decline, and regular bench press. Wish it was lower though, so that my feet touched the ground. Also is good for legs as well. Not the best, but it’ll get the job done, and good for the price.

Good if you are not lifting heavy not sturdyIts good if your on the shorter side for the leg curls my heels hit the ground . It not meant for heavy weights it rocks a lot when you rack it and the incline is so far behind your head that you have to aim and drop it

Good Value for the Average Lifting ActivitiesAssembly was easy. I’m a grandmother and was able to do it. However I would recommend using a socket wrench and wrenches to assemble instead of the wrenches provided. I’ve only been using the bench for a week and so far it is fine. Sturdy and comfortable. A good value for the average weight lifting activities.

Worst Assembly Experience EverI have NEVER had such trouble putting something together from Amazon before. It took about 20 minutes to unwrap all of the individual pieces of the bench, but WOW. The tools you get to put this thing together. They look like two flat, metal magic wands with wheel of varying sizes to accomodate the different bolts. CRAP. CRAP. CRAP experience. You have to hold one of these wrench-like things on the screw-head and the other on the bolt and turn one while holding the other. They keep sliding off CONSTANTLY, and I can’t get them to tighten the bolts all the way before they lose their grip and slide off. When I did tighten one of the bolts, the stupid wand wrench thing got stuck BEHIND the bolt, so I had to unscrew it to remove it. It’s been an hour and I haven’t even finished screwing in 4 bolts. When I have 12 hours to spare to finish screwing in all of the other bolts with these crappy wrench tools, I’ll update my review to comment on the quality of the bench itself. BUT WOOOOOOWWWWWWWW.
