Gave me a refund for sending me a non-working plate.It definitely vibrates. Doesn’t go past 10 minute run time. Remote came broken. If I wasn’t too lazy to send it back, I’d get my money back and buy something else.My issues with the machine would probably fixed if it wasn’t so annoying to try to increase the timer while using the machine. You’ve just gotta hope you get a working remote in yours. Don’t expect help from the seller if you don’t.Update: They did eventually contact me and refunded me the full amount. It was a pleasant surprise to be sure.

Love this! An absolute must for lymphatic drainage.Love this! An absolute must to increase blood circulation and /or for lymphatic drainage.Great for those who hate a using foam roller for self myofascial release. Use before a workout to make static stretching much more effective. Use before a massage to loosen interstitial fluid and make your massage more effective (and less painful). Great to really challenge a regular workout, especially Pilates or Yoga. The elderly or those with physical limitations can use this to increase circulation, increase lymphatic drainage, loosen joints, and increase metabolism. So far so good but need more instructionsI have used this vibration plate 3 or four times since I purchase it about 2weeks ago. First off, you can mostly use the machine straight out of the box. However, when it came to attaching the ropes, there was not instructions. I purchased some additional clip to attached the ropes. I can not tell from the booklet if any pieces was missing. I did run into an error trying to register my machine. I contacted the company about the error and inform them that it would help to include more detail instructions such as how to attach the ropes and exercise option in the instruction booklet. They promptly replied back to me that my registration was completed (all my info was included in the original email) and that they would work on the instruction booklet.

Machine itself appears to be very well made and easy to use.The only assembly was attaching the handles, and they supplied the tool required. The booklet supplied with the machine, gave basic operating instructions only, nothing about how to get started actually using it. I had downloaded the kindle book “Whole body vibration for seniors”, which emphasized starting slow, which I am. So I still have limited results, as I have only had it a few days. But, it is fun to use, I expect my balance, leg strength, core strength is already improving, and I have only sat or stood on it for 5 minutes at a time. I am determined to stay as active and healthy as I can in my senior years, and I believe this machine is going to really help me, and it is fun to use, as the machine does all the work. I love it!
