Good for protecting wood floorsThis mat works well for protecting your wood floors. It’s not very thick but it works for home yoga and video exercises. You can’t drop heavy weights on it or you will damage your floor.

Excellent black mat with inherent quality of material and Grip to make a workout Awesome!Packaged beautifully with a Dust cover too. Nice touch with jump rope and cleaning cloth. Grey material in the mat that provides a nice feel like a gym should have. Using it adjacent to my pulley system so I can have traction on the floor to pull heavier weights without my feet slipping. Same goes for the bench that I slide up to my pulley weight system. A great mat with great quality and worth every $!!!! Thank you MRO for this product! It has added greatly to our gym! Perhaps not for those who are looking for cushiony mat to do yoga on or sit on for long periods but good for grip and action.

Great grip!This is way better than any yoga mat I have ever used. I love the grip , the mat doesn’t slip or stretch at all when used. Works great for cardio and strength too. I can’t speak for durability because we’ve only had it a few weeks so far. It does have some sneaker scuff marks from my husband on it…

Great buy!For it to be an extra large is wasn’t as big as I thought BUT it definitely covers everything I needed! Not as thick as I thought it would be but Its durable, no smell (which was the first thing I was checking for) and it was easy to unroll. It doesn’t move, its pretty sticky so the mate doesn’t slide AT ALL. I love it! I have wood floors so it cushions a lot so my floor doesn’t mess up. Worth the buy! It came with a jump rope (which im not a fan of but I’ll probably jump now since I got em ) and a sweat fiber towel great for wiping in-between workout breaks.

Great for workouts. Durable.I’m happy with this mat. The size is great for kettlebells and calisthenics. My only gripe is that when my hands sweat, the mat can be just a little slippery. I wear shoes while working out so this isn’t a big problem for me, but if you’re bare-foot this might be a concern. Really not too big of an issue. Easy to roll up and carry. Very durable – I give it a beating with kettlebells, jumping jacks, push ups and burpees daily and after 5 months it still looks new.

Great Quality MatI have only used this a few days but it is good mat. I use it for weights and cardio. It seems to help a little with the noise from the squeaks in the wood floor. It is made well and good quality.

LOVE the size!Many standard exercise mats are 4×6. We have always had that size for years. This mat is 7 x 4.5. This increase in size really is an enhancement to working out. We do Barre Blend and pretty much every high intensity workout on beach body app and also weight lifting. The best part is the size. The grip is fine. Durability fine. Great purchase!
