Compact and good value for the priceThe FYC treadmill served us well as a compact, foldable exercise device for in home exercise. It was easy to assemble and use. We ran into electrical issues with the treadmill that resulted in the E5 error with OCP (Over Current Protection) as the likely root cause after 6 month of use. The FYC team provided excellent customer support with trying to diagnose the issue and providing replacement parts for the motor and the control board in a timely manner. We eventually had to move to a new version of FYC that has a broader electrical operating range in our home, but the primary reason for staying with FYC for our replacement treadmill was their customer focus and support.

Will update over time – first impression: Great dealI’m 6’1.75″ and 185 lbs and I can run on it. It’s easy to move around, put together and operate. It is narrow, I’m probably the biggest size who could use it at full speed. But, pleasantly surprised it works well so far.If a month or so down the line it stops working, I will update this review. So far, good deal for the cost and I didn’t have to lug it home from a store.

Great PurchaseFirst, the customer service is great. I had a few questions that were answered very quickly. My treadmill was delivered ahead of schedule. I was use to a larger one, but I don’t have the room now, and was a little hesitant about buying a smaller one. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but so far I’m very happy. Because it’s smaller, I do have to be aware of not getting too far forward. It’s quiet, easy to get on because it’s low, and you can set how long you want your workout and it counts down. Based on my experience so far I would buy again.

Broke after two months.Broke after two months. Not even used every day and only used 30 minutes at a time. Motor gave out. Emailed customer service & no response.Update: customer service has gotten back to me and has been helpful in a solution. They have offered to send me a new treadmill. Hopefully no further problems.
