Perfect Treadmill for small spacesI purchased the Hurtle Electric Folding Treadmill (Model HURTRD18) in April 2020 because I could no longer go to my local YMCA to exercise due to COVID. Delivery was relatively quick considering the pandemic and slow delivery. This treadmill has been a lifesaver for me at home. My husband and I set it up in about an hour (neither of us has mechanical abilities) but it was not hard to set up. I have very limited space in my garage where I exercise so the small size of this treadmill has been perfect for me. The fact that it automatically folds up when not in use is perfect! I was skeptical of the size at first and was sure it would only work for a limited time. I use it 3-4 times a week and it has really worked out and here we are in 2021 and I’ve had no problems. Keep in mind this is a compact treadmill and I use it only for walking. You can run on it but I feel it is not sturdy enough to run fast (wobbles a lot). My husband uses it from time to time but he says it is not wide enough for him. I love this machine and hope it continues to work for years to come. It has helped me with my fitness and my sanity during COVID.

Parts Do Not Fit, Sent a new one, new one track shifted and burned after 2 minutes of use3rd UPDATE:Because I was having so many issues with the product they upgraded me to a different machine for free. From the other positive reviews it seems I jut have bad luck, but they’re customer service is STELLAR. Especially Shiena, she rocks and has helped me throughout the whole process. Would still purchase from this seller even after having issues because they’re so good with customer service. Hoping this new treadmill does the trick!2nd UPDATE:Ran on it for 2 minutes and the belt shifted 3 inches off of the running area, burnt, and I cant get it back in the center. Contacting support again. It seems that their quality control is not very good as my replacement was missing a screw (luckily I had one that fit and it wasn’t an important screw).UPDATEThe support team was incredibly helpful and got back to me in less than 24 hours. They sent me a new one and offered additional rebate for my trouble. Wonderful customer service! Would 100% purchase again!OriginalI am not sure if I received the incorrect parts or not but the top does not fit onto the bottom like it is supposed to, it is off by several inches. I have contacted support in every way and will amend the review if they are able to correct the issue but for an expensive item I am currently extremely disappointed. With gyms shut down and it being 100+ degrees in my state I was looking forward to being able to run again.

Great for small spaces and surprisingly sturdy!Great little treadmill. I’ve had this a little over a month and it is perfect for what I need. I live in a 1 bedroom condo and it really doesn’t take up that much space. I have it in the living room next to the couch so I can walk/jog while watching tv. It’s pretty narrow and fairly light but surprisingly sturdy and can get going pretty fast. There is in minimal incline and it’s manual, but for someone like me who is just trying to move more and get healthy this is perfect. Another feature I wasn’t expecting but love is the slow way it comes down from being in the folded position. I had a similar treadmill that I hated that would just slam down. I have kitties so it’s a nice security feature if you have animals or little kids. A little peace of mind a treadmill won’t randomly or easily smash them. All in all I would highly recommend for fast walk and jogging. The preset programs are pretty legit so that makes it easy. I’ll update once I can run and let you know if it’s good for that.

Perfect size for small spaceWe did a lot of looking for the perfect treadmill and I have to say that I am very happy with this unit. It’s perfect for a small space, not noisy at all, has all the bells and whistles that I wanted, and I love having the ability to walk inside since I can’t go to the gym right now (covid). I’m in Ohio and you can’t walk outside 80 percent of the year either. (Why do I live here? LOL) Anyway. We’ve been using it for 2 months now and Its super! It was easy as heck to put together and lightweight. Item was exactly as described. Thanks.

Not what was advertisedThe walk pas slid off track, there’s no Bluetooth connection like the advertisement states. It’s good for walking which is what I purchased it for.

Overpriced and poor constructionIt’s an ok treadmill. Not too noisy but it was horrible to put together because the holes for the console arm were several inches away from the post (see image). I emailed their customer service and waited two weeks for a response and all they said was to loosen the post. That didn’t help so I spent half an hour to push the post out far enough to get the bolts in just enough for it to be usable. I added more stars because after getting it to a usable condition it does work well and the programs are nice. The heart rate is way off though, it always says 75 bpm when my fitbit is up to twice that.

Foldable TreadmillI have had this treadmill for two weeks now. My husband set it up for me in about 20 minutes. There was one screw he replaced because the original was stripped. I have used it everyday at a 4.0-4.5 pace. I weigh 180 lbs and have to make sure to walk in the middle because it is a smaller treadmill. Its sturdy for the size, however I am unsure I will be able to run on it in the near future. It’s a great home treadmill for me in my two bedroom apartment and it doesn’t make too much noise. Definitely enjoying it and it came at a very decent price. The plus is that it folds and moves easily on two small wheels.

OK product, but arrived with damageDisappointed because the treadmill I recieved already had rust and a screw stripped so badly that I was unable to remove it and properly install the guards for the belt. The box arrived damaged and after sending photos of the damage and reaching out to Amazon about my damaged box (that was left out in the rain with incorrect tracking info) I have recieved no response. As of this date the tracking still says “running late” when I’ve had the treadmill for a month already.The treadmill is small and pretty quiet, which is what I was looking for. I just wasn’t expecting to recieve a damaged return. I couldn’t return if I wanted to because the box was so damaged.

Good treadmill but was missing a part.Good treadmill for price. Took awhile to arrive unfortunately once I put it together I noticed they sent me 2 left back covers so now I am missing the right back cover of the treadmill. Spoke with Amazon they informed me I had to talk to the manufacturer. Spoke with someone over chat said they would put in a ticket for someone to call me. Unfortunately I still haven’t gotten anyone to contact me. đŸ˜’ That was my only issue everything else was great. Crossing my fingers someone will contact me and hopefully ship me the right part.

Excellent treadmill for home useIf you are beyond the age of going to meat market gym, need a smaller scale, yet very sturdy treadmill with great handrails for stability. This is the perfect treadmill. Nice walking surface with plenty of width. Perfect, simple controls and terrific handrails for extra stability. You wont just hang your clothes on this one…… You will enjoy using it for walking and gently jogging (if you’re into jogging). Great product!
