EXTRA SUPPORTWe don’t know about you, but in some postures our bony bits dig into the floor and it doesn’t feel good. These areas (knees and hips, for instance) should be protected, we think. We’ve used a strong natural rubber base and added a cushioned felt portion in between that and the top layer of the mat. This provides a deep cushioned and yet very solid and stable practising surface. |

StickyI like that I can put this in the washer and it doesn’t seem to hurt it. Its sticky as well, no towel needed for the hotter yoga. Have only had it for two months so can’t really comment on durability / wear issues. Did I mention its sticky. Can be a small issue for Yin.

Looks good, good grip, no slip, great carry case, not the best value for money but a great mat.Mat is great! Expensive for a yoga mat. I also have a Lululemon mat which is just as good and half the price but is thicker. I wanted something with less cushioning because Iām practicing on carpet at the moment. The Liforme mat does the job, good grip even when Iām sweaty, comes with a travel bag which is good quality and comfortable to carry. If youāre looking for a great mat and donāt mind the price then I would recommend Liforme.

The best mat you will buyThis mat is amazing, the grip was far better than I expected and the mat has markings which really helps with positioning etc overall it really helps with your practice I would highly recommend it. Itās the best mat Iāve ever owned

Lovely mat.I was very happy with their attention to customer service. I had an enquiry about the colour I had chosen and the response was quick and caring. I love the look of my mat .. grey with black markings. Apart from my hands very minimally slipping a bit which is why Iāve put a 4/5 rating.. Iām very happy with the mat. It comes in a robust yoga mat bag.. and would ideally have likes a pocket on the outside as well.

Muy buen agarre.La esterilla estĆ” muy bien. Agarre excelente, muy cĆ³moda para practicar yoga. Es un poco pesada para llevarla y su precio me pareciĆ³ un poco alto.
