So helpful after total knee replacementI just recently had a total knee replacement and I wanted to have this machine at home to help in my recovery. I use it almost every day to warm up before my at home physical therapy exercises and after to cool down. Sometimes I use it just because my knee feels better after about 10 or 15 min on it.It’s well built, easy to use and very beneficial for anyone who wants to keep their tired old bones more limber. Works well to provide needed exercise for wheelchair bound peraon.Seriously like how it utilizes leg & ankles. Provides a very necessary exercise. Only problem is keeping my feet on the foot pedals. Wish there was an adjustable covered stirrup you could slide your foot into to keep feet in place.

Use it every day!I love it. I’m a senior. Knees were tight and painful , getting hard to stand up. Or go up steps. This is helping me loosen up for sure. I sit at a raised legs card table, found the perfect chair for this and have been using it since 4/1/22. I try to do 30 min forward, 30 min reverse every day, while doing my puzzles on the card table. I only use it with electric so far, never manual. I always do speed “5”- the highest speed. Some day I will try manual. My daughter lives 4 flights of steps up, and I am already getting better at that. Before it was pure torture. It slides around a little bit on the rug under it but not while using it. Yes it does click sometimes but does not seem to affect anything. I did register it for the free 18 month warranty so I’m not worried about it. Over all, I love this, increases my leg circulation and moves my knees at the very least, which is why I got it, and am very happy I bought it!

Unexpected source of excercise!This machine is fantastic. I got it for my aged father who sits a lot and was in need of physical therapy. Since using it 1 hour per day, his mobility has increased significantly, within days. I have plantar fascitis and tried it, not expecting any help. I was shocked to realize how much it helped my foot and leg. The pain has been so severe I have not been able to exercise like I used to. Since using it several times, I have gotten so much relief! I want to buy a machine for myself. Anyone who doesn’t exercise actively regularly could benefit from this. A real beneficial purchase.

Good purchasePurchased for my 86 yr old father.It is easy for him to use.It operates as described, very easy for him to operate.His feet stay on the pedals.It is light enough for him to easily move it.It does slid on a smooth floor but stays in place with non slip rug underneath.Am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.Am hoping he will have improved leg strength and better mobility.

Smooth MotionI like this Elliptical very much. It rides very smoothly. The only problem I have with this is the remote.I have to press my selections repeatedly before it takes. Once my selection takes I turn on my music and get my workout in.
