Not sure yet, hoping for resultsReceived this today. I purchased the plus model because I liked that it had 4 tension cords and was foldable for easy stow away. Im in pretty good shape and go to the gym regularly to lift weights and run or ride the machines. I wanted to make sure what I was buying had enough tension for me. Basically I spent an extra 100 bucks to get the 4th cord. The box was about 40 lbs and too awkward for me at 57 yo and 120 lbs to carry up the stairs to my condo so I pushed the box up the stairs long ways and thankfully had success. When I opened the box and saw all the pieces /parts I was initially overwhelmed then I noticed the bulk of the rower is pre-assembled so I was a bit relieved. I’m good at putting things together but this still took me about 1.5 hrs. The instructions were a bit complicated. If you are not good at putting things together, good luck, you will need help. I rode it for the first time tonight. I was able to manage 3 cords. Didn’t try 4 yet. I have mixed feelings. As many have said it is fun to ride. I was pleased that my heart rate increased quickly as I want to burn calories. You can go fast and do hiit, or go more slowly. I was really hoping to get more toning and muscle work out of this but im not certain being in the shape I am that I will. I felt my lower quads and back muscles working some but sadly not much in the butt or ab area. I think it’s important to use this with good form and squeeze your muscles as you ride or someone already in shape may not get any benefits other than cardio. For someone new to exercise, or a novice, I think it’s a good buy to get moving. The jury is still out though on if I think this will be beneficial for me. I will update my review in a month or so. The machine itself seems sturdy. Not sure if it was 200+ dollars well spent yet, but as stated earlier I’m glad I got the plus with 4 tension cords or I may have been disappointed. If you squat already, you will want to continue to do so as I can see this machine will not replace or replicate the many benefits of that exercise nor utilize all the muscles that a barbell and weights does.

Definitely feeling the work outIt was fairly easy to assemble. I’d say it took me about a half hour or so to set it up. I used it immediately after assembly. I started with using only one band of resistance and did 7 minutes of exercise. It was a great first workout as I felt my muscles getting worked.I had to skip the second day to let my body get used to it. I use an elliptical daily but this machine uses other muscles. I am now using this daily as well. I feel that this is a good investment and would purchase again.

Hard To AssembleReceived the product.started trying to assemble. The manual was useless. Spent 2 hours and got some of it assembled. The next day called Sunny Health and Kitty sent me a video to assemble which helped a lot.It is hard to exercise at first but I do love how it will be once I get used to it.

Versatility and is key in maximizing its potential. After riding and being a fan of the original Row-N-Ride, I wanted to try out the new Row-N-Ride PRO. Being someone that workouts regularly, I found that the 3 resistance cords on the original wasn’t enough resistance for me. The Row-N-Ride PRO has 4 resistance band cords, which makes. HUGE difference! It was a little challenging to put together but the assembly video really helped and made it much easier to do. I also noticed a review above saying that he wasn’t sure if the RNR PRO would tone his mucked. It MOST DEFINITELY will! You just need to know how to use it properly. There are a ton of things you can do with this machine, you just need to know how to do those them. I would definitely recommend downloading the new Sunny Fit App (which is free) and watching some of the RNR workouts! There, you will have a chance to see some of the different possibilities and things that you can do in order to maximize your use on this machine. Otherwise, if you are only doing the RNR movement, you probably won’t come close to maximizing your potential on this machine. I hope this helps!
