Cuts off on its ownI use this to walk while I work, so I put it under my desk. It automatically cuts off at the 1 hour and 40 min mark no matter how long I set the timer. It works great, but I want to be able to use it without it cutting off on me.Other than that it is not too loud, treadmill is smooth. Just make sure even when the arm is down that the safety magnet it attached because it will not work if that is not attached. So far I have owned this for 2 months and my only complaint is that it cuts off after 1 hour and 40 mins. I want to be able to get up to walking all day and this is not working with that goal in mind.

Works great, but make sure the safety key is inWon’t turn on unless red safety key is in. Took me a bit to figure that out. Instructions are limited.

Love itLove the spiro! I’ve struggled with anxiety attacks and using the Spiro has helped so much. Such an easy tool, highly recommend.

Cheaply madeAt first it was great. Everything worked perfectly. On the third use though, after about 10 minutes of switching between running and walking, the plastic board under the belt buckled and broke, despite the fact I am about 100lbs under the listed max weight.

For small spaces!I will start by saying, this is not a treadmill for those who go hard/all out. This treadmill is for light use and light bodies. Thie max weight is 220 pounds and it will stop if the weight is exceeded by too much.It takes about 10 minutes to get it out of the box and ready for use. If you want to fold the handle, you will have to remove two bolts, which I wish was not the case. However, i guess that kept the cost down.Overall, this treadmill is like other low-cost treadmills that I have owned, the programs are not very useful unless you are recuperating from an illness and cannot walk very fast. For those of us looking for a useful program, starting at 1-2 mph is pointless. I just jump on and do what I need without the use of any programs. Even on full-featured programs, I usually go my own way at some point when using a program. This treadmill does what it should. It is small, can be used under a desk, and it provides the exercise throughout the day that I need. I also like the wrist remote that allows for controlling the treadmill from my wrist instead of the panel when it’s folded.Love this treadmill!

Quiet and Works FlatIt’s a nice under desk treadmill — you can leave the handle down and use the remote to turn on/off. Big display at the front to see the speeds — and good speed for walking. To put the handle up/down you have to use an allen key which is a bit fussy — and it’s not the best thought out — but it works quite well. It is fairly heavy so moving it is a bit tricky.

Makes a variety of noises but gets the job doneThe media could not be loaded.
Generally, this is a good treadmill. The remote control/bracelet is outdated/not terribly modern but works. The portability of this treadmill is nice. Although it’s almost like the wheels on the front aren’t in the proper place to roll around without hurting your back. It’s not super convenient to fold (requires tool) but glad it does when needed. I have been using this 1 x a day 5 days a week for less than two months and am not thrilled with the “squeaking”, clicking of metal and “whining” of the machine. I expected some of the usual treadmill noises but there are three distinct noises that appear and go away, sometimes based on the speed. It’s incredibly noisy under 3.0 mph. I have also had it randomly stop on me (going from 3.5/4mph to a literal halt without warning). This is VERY dangerous and I am considering returning because of this alone.Video posted for reference of the noises.

almost perfectThis review is based on an hour of use and as it gets more usage I’ll update. So far, it seems to be an excellent product that suits our need for a compact treadmill for cabin use in the winter. We don’t use it for running, just walking.Pros:- The treadmill is solid, smooth, and very quiet.- Setup simply involved unfolding the handle, tightening two bolts, and plugging it in.- The LED display is beautiful. Large, clear, and easy to read.- The handle is well-placed and comfortable.Cons:- To fold the handle, two bolts must be loosened, handle folded, bolts retightened. Reverse the process to set up again. Sure could use a quick-release.- The 12 programmed settings border on useless. Lots of 1-2 MPH which is barely moving even for me at 76. It should allow a starting MPH with each change incremented up from there. There are no programs remotely useful for running, jogging, or fast walking.- The QR code provided to get the App brings up a website in some weird pictorial language, and because of this, I couldn’t register the product. The Watch Remote works, but it just duplicates the console, so real benefit that I could see.

Love itThis machine is better than the one in the gym! We use it every day and love all of its features. Easy to monitor your pulse by holding two sensor bars while walking / running, The track is wide and long, You don’t need to leave your home to exercise.
