Refund and Returns Policy

What if you find out after placing an order that you need to make changes?
In case of need to change some specific data of shipping addresses, it can be changed if the order has not yet been placed. To do this, open an “order not received” event in the After Sales Department. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. In all other cases, the solution would be to cancel the order and create a new one. A few days later, Guncelkal will refund you the price of the canceled order.

How to cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order and stop your shipping, you can cancel it from the Orders menu of your Control Panel.
However, we advise you that due to the high level of automation in the management of orders, the timeline at which an order can be canceled may be short. Cancellation is automatic and therefore will no longer be possible if the system does not allow cancellation.

Please review your orders, shipping addresses, quantities, products, quantities and qualities thoroughly before finalizing them.

In the following cases, the product cannot be returned or refunded

Please note that we take responsibility for any event (Broken during shipping, wrong item, some items missing, parts missing…). All products presented in the Sport Sugar catalog are guaranteed for 2 years (refurbished – 1 year).

However, we do not accept returns for products that I do not like / no longer need.
