Generally, you will receive your item within the selected shipping time (5-6 Business days). If we anticipate a longer delivery time, this will be noted on the product description page. If you have any questions about the delivery time of a particular product, please contact us with your questions.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can find it (Please check “Not As Spam” to get emails directly into your Inbox). This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email, you will also not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
After receiving the shipment, if you find any items are missing, you will have 3 days to notify us. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. If received beyond this time, we may not accept the concern.
